DMCA / Copyright Policy

Effective Date: December 24, 2024

1. Intellectual Property Rights

F4Facebook respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 ("DMCA"), we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement committed using our service.

2. Important Note on Hosting

Please note: F4Facebook does not host, upload, or store video content. We function as a search engine/tool that locates media generated by third-party platforms (hosting providers). If you wish to have content removed completely from the internet, you must contact the hosting platform (e.g., Facebook, TikTok) directly. Removing access via F4Facebook does not remove the content from the source.

3. Submitting a Takedown Notice

DMCA Policy

Copyright protection and takedown procedure.

f4facebook respects the intellectual property rights of others. Since we do not host or store any media files, our role is that of a technical service provider. Most copyright issues should be addressed directly to the social media platform hosting the content.

Content Removal Inquiries

If you are a copyright owner and believe a specific public link should not be processed by our utility, you may request a blocking of that specific URL from our search results.

To file a notice, please email [email protected] with the following information:

  • Identification of the copyrighted work.
  • The specific URL(s) on our site or processed by our tool.
  • Your contact information.
  • A statement of good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized.

Our Action

Upon receipt of a valid notice, we will investigate and, if appropriate, block our tool's ability to extract links from the specified URL. Please note that this does not remove the content from the social media platform itself.
